At Camera Baby, your satisfaction is our top priority, If the product you received does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Return & Exchange Period 


  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange  


  • Receiving the wrong product.
  • Receiving a defective or damaged product upon delivery.
  • Customer’s wish to change the product (in this case, the customer will cover the shipping costs).

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items  


  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to misuse.
  • Personal care items (such as baby bottles and pacifiers) for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Clearance or sale items explicitly marked as “non-returnable.”

4. Process of Return or Exchange  ​


  • Contact our customer service team via phone or email provided on the website.
  • Provide the order number and product images in case of defect or damage.
  • Choose your preferred solution:
    • Exchange with another product
    • Store credit voucher with the same value.
    • Refund to the original payment method.

5. Refund Timeline  


  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For credit card or e-wallet payments, the timeline may vary depending on your bank or service provider.

6. Shipping Costs  


  • If the return or exchange is due to our mistake (defective or wrong item), Camera Baby will cover the shipping costs.
  • If the return or exchange is due to a customer’s choice (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping costs.
